What
information do we require from you?
When
you join the UDW we ask for some basic information. Your name,
Address, Email, Etc. The more accurate this information is,
the easier it will be to keep all members up to date with
any new developments. When you join we will also ask for your
bank account number and sort code. This allows us to set up
a standing order to receive membership subscriptions.
The UDW uses one simple standing order / membership form to
gather this information.
Once completed it should sent by post to the return address
on the bottom of the form. This eliminates the need to transmit
any of your personal details over the Internet.

only be shared with the third parties nescessary to ensure
the completion of your membership e.g bank or building society,
