UDW PRIVACY POLICY

Our Promise

We promise never to sell or rent any of your personal information. Your trust and confidence are our highest priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy and want to make sure that you understand how your membership information is used. For questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please contact the UDW Here

What information do we require from you?

When you join the UDW we ask for some basic information. Your name, Address, Email, Etc. The more accurate this information is, the easier it will be to keep all members up to date with any new developments. When you join we will also ask for your bank account number and sort code. This allows us to set up a standing order to receive membership subscriptions.
The UDW uses one simple standing order / membership form to gather this information.
Once completed it should sent by post to the return address on the bottom of the form. This eliminates the need to transmit any of your personal details over the Internet.

Do we share your information?

When you join the UDW the personal information you provide will only be shared with the third parties nescessary to ensure the completion of your membership e.g bank or building society, The personal information provided to third parties will not be used for any purpose other than the above. The UDW will not disclose your personal information with any third party without your prior consent. The UDW is not responsible for information collection and privacy practices of third-party sites that are accessed via links from this site.

If you choose to receive communications from us, you will only receive information we believe will be of use and interest to you. For example:

UDW Newsletters.
Any changes that UDW feels could impact your terms and conditions.
Any important functionality changes to our website.

Notification of changes

If we intend to use any personally identifiable information in a manner different than what is stated at the time of data collection, we will notify you via email and give you the opportunity to opt-out. Fair Sickness Campaign

Our thanks to the many members who have shown their support for UDW's campaign for a fair sickness scheme for everyone.

In order to support the UDW's campaign for a single fair sickness scheme with benefits payable from day one, the UDW would like all employees who feel the current scheme is unfair to submit your details using the form
