increase the basic hourly rate and associated allowances |

Re-instate
the first three days sickness benefit for all employees
from day one |

All
new employees to be given 20 days paid holiday entitlement
in addition to the paid public holidays in year one followed
by 25 days plus public holidays thereafter |

Increase in the PRP rates, should the company persist
with this scheme |

The
incorporation of all allowances into the basic |
